Thank you for choosing Birding Expeditions to assist you with your travel arrangements.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all Tours organized by Birding Expeditions.

For this purpose, the term “Tours” shall include all room accommodation bookings at hotels, resorts, excursions, tours, transfers, rentals, etc., that have been organized on your behalf by Birding Expeditions.

Payment for Trip:

We do ask for deposits and we kindly request that payment is made in the following manner:

25% of the total cost of the booking is required at the time booking is confirmed.100% of the total cost of the booking on or before 20 days prior to departure. We have the right to cancel the booking should you fail to provide full payment by the due date.

Deposit and wire transfer instructions will be sending by email.

Credit Cards:

We gladly accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard and will request you to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form.

Please confirm by fax or by e-mail the details of the wire transfer or bank deposit, amount sent and which trip the payment references.

Cancellations and Refunds:

If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your trip, the following fees will apply computed as of the date of receipt of written cancellation notice.
Minimum fee:

30 days or more prior to arrival:

All non refundable deposits, surcharges and deposits will be charged. A cancellation fee of 10% of the entire trip cost will be charged.

30-15 days prior to arrival:

All non refundable deposits, surcharges and deposits will be charged. A cancellation fee of 25% of the entire trip cost will be charged.

15 days or less:

All non refundable deposits, surcharges and deposits will be charged 100% of trip cost will be charged
